Key dates and prize

• Entries open: 9 October 2026, 12:00 am.
• Entries close: 29 November 2026, 11:59:59 pm.
• Draw: 30 November 2026, 8:00 pm.
• Entry and draw times are Sydney time (AEDT, UTC+11).
• One prize for two guests: seven nights at Ubud Romantic Jungle Villa with Private Pool, Bali, plus return flights from Sydney for both guests. Total prize value: A$7,500.
• Travel must be completed by 30 November 2027, subject to availability, excluding NSW public holidays.

1. Promoter

PROJECT REGERA AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, ABN 56 669 185 675, operates the SeekSweep promotion. Public contact location: Parramatta NSW 2151. Questions, entry corrections and complaints: seeksweep@hotmail.com.

2. Eligibility

Entry is limited to NSW residents aged 18 or over with an eligible, verified paid Seeker or Elite membership during the entry period. The promoter, people managing the benefiting business, people conducting the draw and their immediate families cannot enter. Entrants must use accurate details and their own account. Duplicate accounts cannot be used to obtain additional allocations.

Tickets are conditional on eligibility. The promoter may request reasonable proof of age, NSW residency, identity and qualifying membership before awarding the prize. A ticket in Wallet is not confirmation that these checks are complete. Ineligible or fraudulent entries cannot win.

3. Automatic entries

No separate entry fee applies. Entry accompanies the ordinary membership service: Seeker is A$19 per month and Elite is A$49 per month, billed until cancelled under the membership terms. Buying a membership does not guarantee a prize.

• Elite: three tickets.

Successful verified paid signup during the entry period automatically allocates the applicable tickets. Eligible members already active when entries open also qualify; tickets are reconciled automatically as membership and Wallet records update. Check Wallet for ticket numbers and contact the promoter about missing entries before closing.

One allocation applies per member for this giveaway. Renewals, repeat visits and repeated payment notifications do not add tickets. An eligible upgrade to Elite before closing raises the total to three, not four. A later downgrade or ordinary cancellation does not remove tickets already validly allocated. Unpaid, failed, fraudulent or otherwise invalid qualifying purchases do not confer entry rights. Free launch-list signup does not issue tickets. No late allocations or upgrades apply to this draw.

4. Prize and travel

The prize includes seven nights at the named villa for two guests and return airfares from Sydney for both guests. The winner and guest travel together on an itinerary arranged with the promoter. Flight carrier, routing, schedules, included baggage and villa availability are confirmed before booking; the promoter remains responsible for supplying the advertised inclusions.

Travel must be completed by 30 November 2027. The itinerary must not include a NSW public holiday. NSW school holidays and Bali public holidays are not separately excluded. Dates are subject to flight and villa availability; alternative dates may be needed if a first choice is unavailable.

Spending money, meals, transfers, travel insurance, passports, visas and other personal expenses are not included unless the promoter confirms an additional inclusion in writing. These exclusions do not reduce the promised villa stay and return flights. Travellers are responsible for valid travel documents, entry requirements and their personal suitability to travel. Optional upgrades or changes after booking, and any associated costs, must be agreed before they are made.

The prize is not redeemable for cash. Any necessary substitution must comply with applicable requirements, preserve the winner’s rights and provide equivalent or greater value. This is not a general right to cancel the prize. Illustrative photographs do not guarantee a particular room or view.

5. Random draw

The promoter conducts the draw electronically from Parramatta NSW at the scheduled time. Secure computer-generated randomness selects one ticket from the closed issued-ticket pool. Every ticket has an equal probability; three valid tickets give three times the chance of one valid ticket.

The system saves the selected ticket, pool size, time and operator record before displaying the selection. Refreshing or clicking again cannot replace it. The selected entrant is provisional until eligibility is verified. A different ticket cannot be manually substituted as the primary result.

6. Contact, results and unclaimed prize

The promoter will contact the selected entrant through their registered email and available phone number within two business days, making reasonable further attempts if necessary. After verification, the winning ticket and result are published on the giveaway page and in Wallet. Private contact details are not published.

The prize must be claimed by 8:00 pm Sydney time on 1 March 2027. If unclaimed or the selected entrant is ineligible, a supplementary random draw from the remaining eligible tickets will take place at 8:00 pm Sydney time on 2 March 2027, subject to applicable requirements. Retain the original draw record and document the supplementary draw separately, using the same notification process. The travel deadline remains 30 November 2027.

7. Privacy and administration

Account, membership and entry information is used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner and fulfil the prize. Relevant booking details may be shared with the airline and accommodation provider for fulfilment. Marketing consent is separate. Contact the promoter to request access to or correction of entry information or to make a privacy complaint.

The promoter may investigate duplicate, fraudulent or invalid entries and must record reasons for exclusion. Changes, interruptions, disputes and supplementary draws must be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable requirements. Material changes will be communicated on the giveaway page and to affected entrants where practicable. Nothing in these rules excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
